How do I shop?

  1. Select a category and a product that you are interested in. State your wishes in detail (for example size and colour) and click on “Place in basket”. The product is automatically placed in your basket.
  2. In the basket you can see the amount you have spent. If you want to see your products, remove a product or change the quantity, click on “To checkout”,.
  3. At the checkout, you log in or register as a customer (if you have not shopped before).
    It is important to state the correct email address, as the order confirmation with your order number will be sent to the address you have stated.
  4. You then check your order and select payment method and shipping method. You accept our terms and continue by clicking on “Complete purchase”.
  5. Your order is sent to us, at the same time as you receive a confirmation by email.
    Please contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours.
  6. Your products will be delivered within 14 days (it is our ambition to deliver products in stock the same day or the day after payment has been received).

YOU MAY RETURN ANY NON-FINAL-SALE PRODUCT ORDERED ON THE EMITECOSMETICS.COM WEBSITE FOR REFUND WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, UNALTERED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.  THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING SLIP/INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ANY RETURN.
