Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries, USA and Canada

How long is the shipping time?

We ship from Sweden with TNT or postal service.

  • EU shipping is normaly 4-5 working days
  • Over sea shipping  6-8 working days

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping world wide on orders above 50EUR/50USD/500SEK

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes the courier marks packages as delivered before it makes it to your doorstep, please allow an additional one to two business days for delivery. If you still have not received it, then please email us at customerservice@emitemakeup.com.

Can I make changes or adjustments to my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes or adjustments to orders after they are placed. However, we will gladly refund or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of purchase. Once your package is received, please contact us at customerservice@emitemakeup.com to initiate a return and a refund.  

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Call our customer service team at +46-8-5000 2920. or email us at customerservice@emitemakeup.comas soon as possible with your order number and updated address information. In the case your order hasn’t already shipped, we will update your order details for you.

What if I’m missing items from my order or items arrived damaged?

Email our customer service team at customerservice@emitemakeup.com with pictures of the damaged product or a description of the items missing from your order. We’ll work with you to ship you a replacement of the damaged product or the missing item(s) right away.

What is your return policy?

You have always the right to return a product from a purchase. Please note for hygienic reasons we do not except products that are damaged or have a broken seal/outer packaging. Regretfully, we are unable to refund shipping fees.

How do I return an order?

- Let us know - Email our customer service team at customerservice@emitemakeup.com.
- Pack It Up - Make sure your items are securely packed and send it to our warehouse: EMITE COSMETICS: Cementvagen 16, 136 50 JORDBRO, SWEDEN.
- Once we receive your item we will process your request. For refunds, please allow 7 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
